Please join us on March 19th for a 2 hour virtual workshop to feel into the equinox and upcoming astrology, and try to breathe into balance. This seasonal turning point marks a period of equal night and day, as the sun grows in strength in the Northern Hemisphere. It also ushers in eclipse season across the Aries/Libra axis, inviting us all to look at how we show up in relationships and strive for balance. Where do I end and you begin? 

Rose will begin by anchoring us in the astrology of the moment and offering some writing prompts and questions to consider. Jennifer will then lead us in a guided breathwork practice to help metabolize the changing seasons and cosmic insight. This practice will be followed by a q & a/sharing space for live participants.

This workshop will be 2 hours long and take place on Zoom on Tuesday, March 19th. Zoom recordings will be available for those who cannot attend live (though the sharing portion will not be included). Registration is $50-20 sliding scale.
